What does a former personal trainer at 33-years-old talk about on a blog that is specifically dedicated to helping you make the decisions most useful to improving your future or that of the people dearest to you?

I’ll explain it immediately…

My passion in helping people to decide, to set and to achieve their goals began immediately after I reached the title of Mr. Italy Junior Body Building at 19 1/2 years old . At that moment I reached “The Dream” which I cultivated in every single cell of my body since when, at age 10, I started reading within the first magazines of Fitness & Body Building and the impressive biographies of charismatic champions such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, Serge Nubret etc…

I still remember that warm night of Saturday, 8 June 1996 when I was crowned champion. I was shaking like a leaf and in that moment I realized something very important:

If large groups that had I followed for years – the very ones that represented the source of my inspiration – if they had it made, for the first time in my life I could affirm that I had it made also!

And as I continued that long journey, certainly not an easy one, but one that was incredibly fascinating and rewarding, I knew that I could learn many things and strengthen not only my body but especially my Mind, my Heart and my Spirit.

That exciting evening after a super celebration, on the nice and breezy “Catanzaro Lido” promenade, as I was returning to the hotel with my large cup in hand and the allocation of 500,000 lire (the fantastic old italian lira ), I realized that I had to make an important decision for my future, a decision that would forever change the course of my life and free the incredible power of my Spirit:

I had to choose whether to return to do my “normal” job (for 600,000 to 780,000 lire per month ) or continue to dream big, and then decide to work in a passionate, hard and intelligent pursuit that would engage me to exploit all the incredible potential that resides in every single cell of ours, in something that would really made a difference in my life and especially in that of others.

Obviously I think you already imagine what was my choice , but I want to be clear, honest and loyal, just like you who have decided to rely on my support to get your first big decision and forever change the course of your life.

My decision was:

follow my steps on the fantastic road that would lead me – in a few months – to taste, breathe and live my dream to give absolutely all my best and to inspire people to do the same in a fun, fast, quick and highly effective way and in achieving economic independence working inside the magical world of Fitness.

And from that exciting “adrenalinic” decision, everything had immediately changed forever in my life:

• Health,
• Energy,
• Love,
• Career,
• Passions,
• Friendships,
• Money,
• Education,
• ……..,

I felt that I could really make and in the deepest part of me I knew with absolute certainty that, just as I did in 9 long years of intelligence and hard work to get to win the Italian Championship of Body Building, for tasting, breathing and live my dream I should have to pour even more energy, the maximum amount of energy.

But this was not of course an obstacle, because you know how when you are just a few steps from making the decision that will be the most useful for your future, and you are motivated by your burning passion to move in a certain direction, and you are helped and supported by one of the people dearest to you, everything becomes incredibly easy and everything takes spontaneously already the form that it has to take, right?

I know that in your past there was at least a moment like this, in which you have had the strength to make your decision, perhaps because you were driven by passion or because there was someone who supported and inspired you.

But could it accidentally have happened in this recent time that you do not have any more of the necessary support of those around you, or you have remained dry of energy and of a good dose of passion, or you feel alone and lost and you continue to postpone “that decision” and perhaps you are not even able even to look anymore at yourself in the mirror?

But suddenly …

… Pouring trust into your instincts, you have guessed that being helped by those who have already done before you every step of the process that leads you in exactly the direction that you feel you want to take, it is really the best solution for you and for the good of people around you.

Well let me now go on with my personal history.

Soon I was able to put together the little savings I had put aside in my previous job as apprentice agricultural worker (specifically the person who takes all day with his back bent and hands on the ground on the tomatoes of the season in the stifling heat of July and August, and that, come the hot sun of late August and September finds himself harvesting grapes in the bitter fields in the hills) and as apprentice laborer (the person who exactly with the warm or cold, with the sun or the rain, digs, brings, moves, cleans, climbs, gets off, carries many weights, tools, building materials, machinery, etc. ..) and invest in my first small Fitness “gym” in a small village in the Maremma Tuscany.

I still remember the opening day … I was so excited for my “little baby” and I felt so “great” ! In fact, it has been perhaps a gym of 80 square meters or a little more, but I liked it a lot and people of the country did as well!

I do not want to beat about the bush, but I want reveal to you that this one important decision to inaugurate my “new adventure” in that September 1998 was indeed a great success!

And I began to expand more and year after year I extended my experience and my influence on an increasingly wider area. In fact, nearly a year after since my first inauguration I found another gym, alas on the road to bankruptcy and of being a failure in a country little further away from the first where I opened my “sweet cherry gym” !

I arrived in 2004 to manage four gyms in 4 different locations in the province of Grosseto and… I dreamed really great! In fact from the bottom of my heart, I developed the vision and I manifested the intention to become a chain, rather the first chain of fitness centers of small and medium dimensions in the whole province.

But there was an important and fundamental factor I was still missing that I needed to realize that great and inspiring vision. That factor I was not able to possess until a few months ago.

And it is exactly what today I came to assimilate and handle skillfully, and that I am finally able to gift to you:

The ability to help and lead people exactly where they want to go and make them appreciate who they really are!

At the time of my management of small fitness gyms I lacked the necessary leadership talent, not towards my wonderful customers, but towards my team of collaborators. In fact I had terrible failings in my ability to lead my team towards the great vision that I had generated from the bottom of my heart, a vision that unfortunately my team struggled to metabolize and to “embrace” because firstly I was not able to make them able to metabolize and “embrace” this vision.

When I became fully aware of my terrible lack, and not knowing what, how, when and where to go for fill it and learn the magical dowry of leadership, just in that moment of clear awareness of the situation, I found myself faced with another large, important and drastic decision.

In fact, I was called to decide between two options:

1. Push on to continue in pursuit of my great vision as I struggled to express it all to my team and to all those new essential people which I needed for growing and expanding my business further, hoping one day to arrive magically at a place where I would  see  my big chain of gyms throughout the entire province, or …
2. Leave everything I had heavily and passionately built over many years, sell what could be sold, leave my team and be able to swallow the disappointment for the end of a great dream and literally take a new path that would lead my life and my career to the next level, becoming a passionate, committed and satisfied Personal Trainer of extraordinary success!

I hear even from here your mind reflecting, but let me help you by revealing that in 2005, more specifically in February 2005, I decided to leave everything to undertake my new and fascinating career as a Personal Trainer in the fantastic and beautiful city of Bologna, Italy, away from everything and all, in a reality totally different from mine.

Even today I can not distinguish if to push me was a great sense of challenge toward myself, or the deep genuine desire to really start to invest totally in myself, my growth, my improvement, enlargement of my area comfort, to give people out there all the best that I could absorb, become and be.

In fact in all my previous years, confronted with an imminent decision to invest the savings accumulated, I was always forced to spend money not for my growth, but for the continuing and required investments and the facilities where I worked continuously needed in terms of new equipment, maintenance on the buildings, promotion of marketing, etc. …

But one thing is certain.

And I say that is certain because after only 3 days of starting my new career as a Personal Trainer in one of the most beautiful, huge and chic gyms in Italy, while my first client (the beautiful, shining soul of Mr. Domenico B ) was doing 10 minutes of heating at Technogym Top XT and I was flawlessly at his side, revealing to him the contents of the lesson, we were about to undertake (Note: Technogym Top XT is the machine where you pedal with the arms and that often use people who make sail training) suddenly looking into my eyes, he told me:

“You know, it really feels that what you do is really your passion … from your depth you transmit an energy so strong!”

Well, those few words had filled all of my heart with so much pride, emotion and confidence, that immediately I understood, looking up to heaven, that I was being guided by someone up there in the universe, that I had really made the incredible, great and good decision to dedicate my life and my energy to helping people find their way to well-being, prosperity, health, building self-confidence, acquisition of internal growth, particularly their deep and satisfying achievement!

And from that day the results were amazing!

I want to avoid taking too much of your valuable time, but I will tell you immediately that in 2005 and 2006 I was officially awarded from the large company for which I worked the award as Best Personal Trainer throughout the Italian country. After this magical, extraordinary and incredible phase in my life that led me to expand and broaden my passionate mission to as many people as possible in 3 different cities including Bologna (for 2 years and 10 months), Milan (for 9 months), Perugia (for 1 year and 1 month), something inside me began to change slowly, especially after seeing for the first time “THE MOVIE” that has forever changed the direction my life:

“The Pursuit of Happyness”

Something really big had begun to stir inside me to the point of growing so much that in February 2010 … yes exactly in February of the year that I’m writing, I had to make another important decision, perhaps the hardest and most difficult of my life.

You feel really curious to know what it is? Seriously?

Well, for months I asked myself, day and night, hour after hour …

1. Do I really want to continue helping people to improve themselves physically, to find their health and their efficiency physically and strengthen their character and their inner self, through my long decennial experience and broad skills that I have matured in years and rewarding years of commitment in the field of fitness, or …
2. Do I really want to bring my life to the next level, inspiring people to become masters in discovering and managing their inner side to reveal to the whole world their wonderful, unique and incredible soul?

And after so much suffering, frustration, thoughts and reflections, a bright, cold morning on this February 2010 I woke up and I felt my voice guiding whisper from the depths of my spirit …

“Albert go to where your heart whispers …”

And I have pointed my direction exactly in the place where I find myself now:

I will express my ardent passion and all the sincere and genuine experience that I have to help all those people who maybe like you, are blocked from making a very important decision for their future and that of their loved ones.

And I understand empathically how it feels in those moments … because you feel stuck and possibly deeply frustrated because after days and days or even weeks after weeks, you do not know what to do … and as time passes, the more you feel alone and lost in the huge and overwhelming dilemmas of your mind.

I promise that I will do everything possible to help you in achieving your goal and make you find this new light, so that the success, happiness, passion, vitality, prosperity and abundance, not only shine on you, but is also within You.

And let me promise you that, if you will want it, in this journey together, short or long, I’ll take your hand and you’ll pull from above, exactly from the place you want to arrive, be and live!

You have my word!
